Q: How the do I get my CPU fan to stop making so much noise?
A: Fan noise is a sign of too much heat. Let us do a PC Tune Up and we can clean the thing out and make sure that fan doesn't have to work so hard.

Q: Why doesn't Notepad let you open a new instance without closing whatever you happen to currently be working on?
A: Notepad is a legacy software program from windows 98. If you don't have Microsoft Office we can install it for you. Or we have a couple other programs we can show you.

Q: The Google won't come up on my thingee... what gives?
A: Sounds like we can setup a time for some training. Or we can just remotely connect and fix it for you right now.
